Why health care costs are out of control

I am a physician and have been practicing medicine for 25 years. Health care costs are out of control in the United States. That's nothing new. You already know that. What you don't know is why. You have been told it is because of greedy insurance companies, malpractice lawyers, etc. My intent is to show you how much of what you have been told is wrong and that most of the fixes will either not help or make things worse.
